A Day Out

Zion is easily one of our very favorite places.

It is by far one of the most beautiful spots on earth.

 Last weekend we headed up for a picnic and a hike.

We forgot that there would be an insane amount

of tourists there for Memorial Day.

Instead of heading into the park we took a little detour through

Rockville and ended up in Grafton.

Mason loves his summer cut. We let him keep it for a week and then he had to buzz it, much to his dissapointment.

 This was our first visit to this amazing little ghost town.

My favorite building was the church/schoolhouse.

We also loved exploring the cemetery.

John wanted to explore some back roads.

It was fun to head out and find some trails.

 We climbed a few hills in the Jeep,

But Maddie was having a mini heart attack

and decided she had enough adventures for one day.

Can't wait to have another day out in one of our favorite places.
